Community-Inspired Programming
Festival of Friends's Events mission is to foster the development and growth of community between adult recreational musicians who are passionate about making music without the constraints, pressures or judgment of the professional music scene. We shift the playing experience from the living room to the to the stage and believe the best music is the music we make together.

Festival of Friends Events programming formats include our Songmixers and Bandmixers performance series:
- Songmixers events are pre-organized cover song performance collectives. Each Songmixers event is comprised up of a rotating roster of pre-registered musicians who perform a 16-song set of classic material. Registration is first come, first served.
- Bandmixers events feature "curated" cover bands. Curated bands are made up of musicians from within the Festival of Friends Events community and together bands perform 5-song mini-sets of material based on a specific event theme.
