COVID-19 Policies & Procedures
With COVID-19 a part of our daily lives right now, we want to share with you the guidelines and safety procedures we have set in place for our group music-making sessions. These guidelines include limited-capacity group sizes, on-going sanitation, facial cov as per government mandate, and more. SOCIAL DISTANCING, MINIMIZED MIXING & MINGLING
- We have made facility, scheduling, and format changes designed to allow for safe and accessible indoor group music-making that limits the number of people able to mix and mingle at any given time, in support of safe social distancing practices.
FACILITY RULES & SESSION GUIDELINES
- When in a common-area space inside the building please remember good social distancing practices.
- Bathrooms will be available but limited to one person at a time.
- Please clearly label your gear, water bottles, etc.
- Session sizes will be limited to 6 people to reflect current county (phase 2) recommendations and to allow for social distancing.
- Sessions will have staggered start times of 15 minute intervals (12pm to 1pm, 1:15pm to 2:15pm, 2:30pm to 3:30pm and 3:45pm to 4:45pm) to allow for cleaning tasks, gear set-up/tear-down, and session personnel transitions.
FACE COVERINGS
- All visitors, while inside the facility, are required to wear a face covering (mask, bandanna, scarf, etc) per government mandate. No shirt. No mask. No dice.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
- Please enter using either of the main building entrances for all scheduled sessions and use social distancing while you await entrance. Do not enter the building until directed by a staff member.
- At this time, we ask that musicians refrain from bringing "guests" to their session so we can maintain limited group sizes while inside the building. Guests will be asked to wait outside (or in their vehicles) for musicians to be released from their session.
- Please exit using the same doors and avoid mixing and mingling too much while inside the building. Post-session outdoor mingling highly encouraged however!
