Songmixers Event Series
Songmixers is the flagship Festival of Friends (FoF) live event performance series. Songmixers events feature a (pre-registered) rotating roster of up to 25 to 30 participating musicians that showcase a range of players and performers in the Festival of Friends Events community. Collectively the musicians perform an 18 to 22 song themed set from some of rock music's most iconic bands and artists.
FoF Events approach to live performance programming is directly focused on the practiced recreational musician who wants to challenge themselves in new ways and apply their existing skill set in a band-centered environment with other like-minded, talented recreational players and performers.
FoF's mission is to foster the development and growth of community between adult recreational musicians who are passionate about making music without the constraints, pressures or judgment of the professional music scene. We shift the playing experience from the living room to the stage and believe the best music is the music we make together.
